Doug Gardner
Lead Teaching Pastor
Doug interned at Faith the summer of 1998 and transitioned into the role of youth pastor in 2004. He is married to Stephanie and has four children, Titus, Drew, Ryley, and Ella. He transitioned into Head Teaching Pastor ion 2015. His education consists of a bachelor degree in Pastoral Studies and a Masters of Divinity. If Doug isn't in his office you might find him at Taco Bell or Chipotle, riding bikes with his wife or coaching his sons in soccer. Doug is passionate about teaching the Bible and seeing people changed through it.
Paul grew up in a home where the truth of God's Word was taught and lived. He accepted Christ as savior and as a teen he embraced the call to ministry as a pastor. While studying Bible and Pastoral Ministry in college, he met his wife Jennifer and married in 1998. They have 5 children. Paul joined Faith Church in 2005 as children's pastor. He received his Masters of Divinity in 2008. In 2012, Paul transitioned to be the Next Steps Pastor. Paul also serves our country as a military chaplain with the ARNG 1-111th out of Plymouth Meeting. He also serves our community as a chaplain for the local Sellersville Fire Department. Paul loves to hear people's life stories and see them take a Next Step toward Christ.
Dan grew up in the halls of Faith Church and saw many leaders of Faith impact his life. Dan pursued pastoral ministries at an assortment of colleges and ultimately graduated from Carin University in 2013. In 2015, God opened the door for Dan to return to Faith as worship and youth director. He is married to Jess and has 3 children, Brennan, Grayson, and Fiona. In 2019, Dan transitioned from youth ministry to pursue his passion of relational ministry as discipleship director. He and his family are excited to see the work that God is doing at Faith Church in challenging people to deepen their love for God and each other.
At Faith Church, we have a dedicated Youth Director who is passionate about helping teens grow in their faith. Through activities and solid relatable Biblical teaching, our Youth Director strives to make Faith Church a place where teens can grow in their walk with the Lord.
Liz came to know Christ as a child and began attending Faith with her family. She grew up being involved in many different aspects of service in the church and she hoped that one day she could come back and serve or work at Faith. After receiving a degree in church ministries, she came back to Faith and began teaching Pre-K and serving as a lay person in the youth ministry. God opened the door for her to come on the church staff in 1998. She has enjoyed serving with others and encouraging them during hard times. Some of Liz's enjoyments in life are: her dog, exercise and anything to do with flowers.

Our Children’s Director is passionate about helping kids learn about Jesus. She is kind, gentle, and patient with children. She is an organized and experienced teacher who loves making sure Faith Church's children's program is run with excellence.
